WHAT IS PRISM?
The USC Race and Equity Center has launched PRISM, a dynamic new racial equity recruitment resource and professional learning tool for colleges and universities.
Through our easy-to-use technology platform, campus leaders, HR departments, search committees, and others at subscribing institutions will have unlimited access to standardized profiles of highly-qualified professionals of color.
Subscribers will also have the ability to post faculty and administrative position announcements that will reach racially diverse communities, as well as privately message PRISM members who are potentially good matches for those jobs.
Additionally, every employee at each subscribing institution will have unlimited access to virtual learning opportunities and resources focused on strategically recruiting, supporting, retaining, and advancing professionals of color.
